Well, my stomach is gradually getting larger. Todd is finally starting to say he sees a difference. I could feel it, but never could really see it. In our last picture we took you can tell. I just don't like it. I look like I have a deformed stomach.
Anyway...I have pictures from when we first found out to last week. Just 3. I thought it'd be fun to take one each month to see it grow. I wasn't going to post them, but whatever. I look horrible in them. Especially the last one. My nice PJs. That's pretty much all I wear when I get home from work. So here ya go...

I*HEART*TODD
Todd really surprised me this Valentines. This is our 3rd and I don't think we've really done too much. Our first Todd made me dinner and bought me my favorite Blue Bell Ice Cream (which was awesome since Colorado doesn't sell it. He went and found a Russell Stovers in downtown Denver that sold it!). Last year we just made homemade cards and Todd bought Phase10 Dice for us to play. But this year he went all out. Friday night he kept asking if I wanted my present. So finally I was like whatever he wants to give it to me early I'll take it. I had to wait in the bedroom till he called me. He finally called me and I was shocked! I didn't notice it at first. I saw the bags and assumed he still had everything in there but then I turned and looked at the TV stand. He went and got me these shelves I've been wanting! And of course my favorite York Peppermint Patties and a nice love letter! I was so excited. Now I have to figure out how I want them on the wall and what I want to put on them. I'll Post pictures when they are up on the wall.
I feel bad, Todd didn't get much. He kept telling me he's a guy and doesn't need me to buy him anything. So I thought how to get to his heart. So I got up Saturday morning and made him some cinnamon rolls. They weren't just plain cinnamon rolls mind you. I went and dyed the frosting pink! I thought it was fun. Then we had a nice little taco dinner. He said I went all out on it. Probably cause most of our meals lately haven't been the greatest, or well planned. I've been craving tacos lately so that probably helped with me going all out. We also went to a Mexican restaurant for our first date, but I didn't really think if that till after so I don't know if it makes it that sentimental. Anyway, we had a pretty good day just relaxing and hanging out. We were suppose to go to a friends wedding reception, but unfortunately I wasn't feeling to great to drive the 45 minutes to get there so we stayed home and ended up watching the All Star stuff that night. I made it up till the dunk contest and passed out, but woke up just in time to see who won!

Weekend Update
Well, I've been slacking on keeping us updated. I haven't been feeling the greatest the past couple weeks and by the time I get home from work I don't want to do anything but pretty much sleep.
Todd's doing well with school. He went to his first Vet Club (don't know the real name for it) meeting this week. Which I think was pretty exciting. Yes, even I got to go. They had free pizza (which who could pass up on a free meal?) and then they had this guy from the Air Force, who was a vet, come and talk about the different areas you can go into besides just private practice. I thought it was kind of interesting.

Todd's taking this one class that I think everyone has to take. It's not really a class, but you have to go to all these performing arts activities. So in the past two weeks we went and saw the Army Band perform. Todd had worn a suit and tie, he says this "boy I sure did feel sophisticated coming to this, until I looked down and saw my white socks." That was pretty neat. I haven't remembered the camera lately, so we have pictures of nothing. The band was pretty entertaining though. The next night we went and saw a bunch of high school choirs perform. Some of them weren't too bad. I think they were the kids that were going to state or something. Can't remember. Anyway, then last week Todd went and got us tickets to this stage act thing called Unruly Women. Oh my gosh. Lets just say I feel sleep. Some weren't too bad, but I don't think I'm much of a play person especially when it doesn't get my attention. The worst part for me is that we had gotten Taco Bell that night and I had chugged a large Pink Lemonade. Umm....Not a good idea. I was having to go the bathroom I swear every five minutes. So when we get there the guy was like once the show starts if you leave you can't reenter. Great. I think I made myself fall asleep so I didn't feel the pressure that was being put on my bladder! Last Friday night we went to this thing called Body Vox. That was pretty cool. It was kinda like a ballet, but not. I really don't know. They were pretty funny. Other than that he's studying hard and keeping up with all his classes.
There's not much going on with me. Pretty much just work, make dinner, and sleep. I haven't been feeling the greatest the past couple weeks so it has made me want to do less. Plus with the weather there's not much to do, but stay in. I thought I'd start feeling better towards the end of the 1st trimester, but every time I talk to my sister she likes to inform me of different things. I don't think I've been as sick as she ever was, but who knows maybe she was just a wimp (j/k Sarah I love ya). But from what she talks about I'm kinda following her. My sickness just isn't as bad. Anyway..So she told me last night that she was usually sick up until 20 weeks. Great. The beginning of the pregnancy I was fine. I would get a little nauseous, but that was it. But since about 10 weeks it's gone down hill. I can't complain though cause I've seen people much worse than I am. My boss told me that once the baby comes it makes everything worth it. Let's sure hope so! But another 7 weeks?! I use to love looking at recipe and pictures of meals, but now the thought of it makes me sick. So needless to say our meals haven't been the greatest. If Todd were to fix it (hint, hint) and sit it in front of me I think I could it eat, but when I'm making dinner the smells make me feel horrible and I pretty much have to force a few bites down just so I eat something! Oh well. I guess that is enough woe is me!
I am just over 13 weeks now and we went to our 2nd doctors appointment yesterday. Todd wasn't nearly impressed with this one as much as he was with the first. He thought we were going to get to see it again, but unfortunately not till the next visit. We heard the heart beat. Barely though. It took the nurse forever to find it. It made me a little nervous. The heart rate was 133. People have been telling us it's a boy cause girls usually have a faster heart beat. But we shall see. It made Todd a little more excited thinking about that. I was told that my blood type was A- and that I'd have to take these shots. That was until we found out what Todd was. He's O-. Our doctor got so excited. He told Todd that he "was the man" and that I "picked a good one". So I guess now there's no more shots since we're both negative.
Anyway, as you can tell we've had some pretty uneventful weeks. But hopefully as the weather changes and gets warmer that will change. We want to thank everyone for their congratulations and support. We are extremely excited! Hopefully I'll be a little better at updating this.
