Well, I feel like this is becoming somewhat of a baby blog. Sorry. That's just pretty much all the exciting news we've been having lately! Not much is going on.
Todd started back to school last week for the Summer semester. After this semester we'll have 2 years down! WooHoo! He's taking his first animal science class, chemistry, eternal marriage, and economics. Since the weather's finally starting to get somewhat nice the bike has reemerged. Well, it was really nice last week and now has been raining off and on since Friday. So I've gotten some slack cause I've made him move the bike out to the balcony instead of the back room. I'm told almost every day that it's becoming a rust pile.I've just been busy with work. They're trying to transition me to start doing all the purchasing. Hopefully by the middle of the summer I'll be mostly doing that instead of the Office Manager position I'm in right now. With still doing all my regular work and taking on the purchasing, work can get a little hectic. It's still not too busy, but it's hard learning new stuff that you're not very knowledgeable in. The only good thing is that since I enter in all the invoices I know where we buy most of the stuff which has helped. But anyway, enough about that. Besides work there's not much else going on with me!
Everett is growing. At least I think he his. We go in on Monday for another checkup. His kicks and punches are becoming stronger. I can now just lay my hand on my stomach when he kicks and feel it. Before I could never feel him when I slept, but now if I wake up, he tends to keep me up a little longer than I want to be. It's usually cause I have to eat something, and he lets me know! I have a feeling I'm starting to get use to his sleeping schedule already. Which might be a good thing in the long run. Who knows!
We had our first barbecue last weekend! All our neighbors got together and we grilled some hamburgers and hot dogs. Took the grill downstairs and ate on the lawn. It was nice, except it decided to get a little chilly. But hopefully that was the start of more barbecues to come this summer! I'm wanting to do some ribs. Yum...I can't wait till it gets warmer!
