Last summer we switched Everett's crib to a toddler bed. He loved it.
Since then we've been wanting to get an actual bed so that Jacquelyn
could have the crib. 9 months later and we still hadn't gotten
anything. We'd see things here and there, but if we were going to have
to buy a bed I wanted something he could grow into. The other day I
finally found a pretty good deal. As we were picking it up we went and
had Everett pick out his bedding. Of course it was Lightening McQueen.
He is completely obsessed with him right now. McQueen and Mator too.
When we got home and started taking down the crib and putting his new
bed up he was getting so excited!! Once the bed was made he told us he
was taking a nap.
He spent most of the afternoon in there. He kept telling us to close the door. We'd peek in o him and he'd be in there playing, or reading books. It was pretty cute. Later that night he even let us all get on and read books with him.
Everett left us in the picture so he could get a close up.
And of course Ms. Jacquelyn had to get her picture too!
