I'm a little proud of myself for my dinner last night. It was my first time to make a Pot Roast. It turned out to be a little dry, but I thought it was pretty good for my first time. Now I know what to do for next time. I made it with potatoes, carrots, and onions. I was going to make my usual rolls, but my mom suggested I make Yorkshire Pudding. I had no clue what they were, but she said they're good with a roast, and you pour your gravy all over it. They actually turned out pretty good. I didn't know what to expect, but I liked them.
We had our neighbors, Alma and Jessica, come over for dinner too. I'm so grateful for the neighbors we have. It really makes apartment living so much better. We had so much fun having them over and then just being able to sit around and talk. We ended the evening with some delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies. So good.

You arent allowed to make rolls again until you come for Christmas unless you are going to send me some!!!! You cant be letting people know how delicious those are cause then I wont be the only one to ask for them all the time!!!
so that's awesome, I have forgotten what it is like to eat real food. I don't cook since Tim is gone cuz all the kids ever want to eat is mac and cheese, sandwiches, and of course and type of breakfast food. So for the last two weeks I have been living off hot pockets, ham and cheese. lunch and dinner for me or cup of noodles, cuz I dont' want mac and cheese. Good thing some restrauntes know how to cook for just one, and have pick up services, or I wouldn't get a decent meal once a month. so remind Todd how lucky he is that you cook, and remember how much you like someone who will eat your food other than yourself.
